  • Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker is calling all city employees back to the office full-time starting July 15 - and a lot of workers aren’t happy about it. A recent City Council hearing got heated, with crowds erupting in boos and cheers as council members questioned the mayor’s reasoning.
