    Sarah Salvatoriello, founder of Ampersand & Ampersand, is a Brand Strategist who helps medium-sized businesses navigate change through rebranding and communication endeavors.

    Sarah has many titles — Creative Director, Strategist, Armchair Psychologist, Mom, ISFJ — but no matter what she’s working on, her holistic approach is always rooted in finding the counterbalance.

    With a knack for aligning a brand’s voice to their visuals and a “yes, and…” mentality, she helps founders find their focus and move toward their goals with services such as Studio Saturdays, a full-day branding intensive, and creative strategy audits.
