    On this week's WBB Talkshow, we'll be talking to a couple of Moms who have had the unfortunate experience of losing their child.Our first guest is Wanda Roberts. She has been married to Donald Roberts, who is also a native Washingtonian, for 37 years. Donald and Wanda have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl, Marcus 34, Shayla 32, and Christian, who passed away at the age of 24. They are blessed to have 6 grandchildren with one on the way.Wanda Roberts is the President of the Christian Roberts Foundation, a community-driven, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to young men and women who have lost loved ones through gun violence.Our second guest is Latika Vines. Latika S. Vines is a working mom of four young girls, a wife to a loving husband, and a motivated career-driven woman. It is her mission to use her experiences of child loss, postpartum depression, and managing life better, to help other working moms who may be struggling with balancing their daily juggle. It is her goal to ensure every woman she encounters no longer struggles but juggles and thrives in their Marriage, Motherhood, and her Career like a Boss Mom.Latika is a Certified Human Capital Strategist, Strategic Workforce Planner, and Career Development/Training Professional. She has been in the field of Career Development/Training for over 13 years and has a passion ensuring that women can be the Boss in the office and Moms at home - the Boss Mom!

    On this week's WBB talkshow we'll be interviewing two quintessential ladies in the entrepreneurship realm.Our first guest is Robyn Stuart, an army veteran who on returning to the States, worked for Ashland Oil as an accountant for five years. From there, went on to be a Team Leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY, for 18 years. While working at Toyota, she started her own business, which became DB Bourbon Candy, LLC.Our second guest is Emily Lette-Jackson, a Technologist and international development Talent Strategist, who manages MFSi. Her firm provides access to communities through technology that tackle global challenges. She does what she does because of her desire to help people through the only resource that she knows can touch an entire planet. MFSi aspires to see EVERYONE with equal access that improves their quality of life in their countries and dismantles status quo systems.

She's the founder of a children's daycare; Wise Generations, author of the book; You're Beautiful Anyway and the creative director of Diva Pillow Parties. She's also the mother to a 4-year old pageant queen.Our second guest is, of course, my mom, who is the epitome of serial entrepreneurship in the family. She's owned a hotel gift shop, a nail salon, a Victorian lace store, a vending machine business, and some others. However, her most rewarding and lucrative one was established with her partner, her husband, also my dad. For 40 years, they've owned Todd's Real Estate and Investments Space in Detroit, Michigan.
