  • Loving yourself: Why you need to love yourself first.
    Feb 6 2019

This is all about learning to love yourself. It's the most important lesson you will ever learn. It's the basis of all existence. How much we love our selves is way more important than the love we have for another because without it there is no love of another. There is only attachment and 'nice ideas'.

I hope you enjoy it and you can check out www.wheresnatat.com for more info or @wheresnatat in Insta.

  • Acceptance: When it's time to let someone or something go
    Jan 10 2019

If you have had to let someone go or to move away from a situation in your life that seems too hard to handle then you may find this useful.

I felt that the first week of the new year was the right time to do a podcast on acceptance so we can start our new years off to a flying start. I really believe that acceptance is one of the hardest things to achieve for painful situations. But when we do accept what comes after is amazing. It's the true power within.

    Enjoy ;-)

  • Romantic Connections: Meeting someone new
    Dec 24 2018

This podcast is all about the feelings that come up when we meet someone new that we fancy. It's the first thoughts and expectations that we set that usually destroy the real chance for something deeper. It's about how to not let your ego in the way.

  • Avoidance: In Love, Life & Relationships
    Dec 11 2018

This weeks subject is avoidance and the effect it has on our lives. This is quite an awkward one but still relevant. I have learnt so much about avoidance in my own life that this had to be shared.

Big thanks to Paul again for being my support while recording and making me cups of tea .... doing things with friends is always better ;-)
