One of the key problems that developers encounter is that they either get too few quotes or the quotes they get range from the sublime to the ridiculous. In some cases, it’s as if they're quoting for a completely different job! So how can you make sure that your shortlisted contractors are quoting apples and apples, and give you a fighting chance of picking the best one?
