  • Resumen

  • We are a podcast focussed on commemorating those officers who have fallen in the line of duty. Sharing their story, we delve into all those final selfless acts of these brave officers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in protecting the public & their communities. We conduct a monthly roll call through recent decades, specifically 1970 to present day, of all those who have been lost in the line of duty. During this period we will spotlight one particular case and delve into their story. We will also pay attention to those who have fallen, through the centuries. We plan on releasing 'Special Editions' focussing on matters that effect Policing locally, nationally and around the world. Always Remembered, Never Forgotten.

    Sep 29 2024

August’s Through The Decades is proudly sponsored by Motorfinity.

On the evening of September 20th back in 1877, Police Officer Thomas Bishop was on a normal duty in the quiet village of Bere Regis. The town was hosting a local and popular event, which was synonymous with consuming alcohol and bouts of disorder breaking out.

As such, a few officers were placed around the town at the local hotspots, with PC Thomas Bishop and a colleague manning a popular local public house called the Drax Arms.

What happened next? Tune in to find out.

  • S2 SPOTLIGHT: Insp Raymond Codling
    Sep 24 2024

August’s Spotlight is proudly sponsored by Motorfinity.

Septembers Spotlight Edition takes us into the Greater Manchester Police force area, near to Heywood.

Police Inspector Raymond CODLING was near Birch Services when he, and his colleague, came across a suspicious looking male on a motorcycle.

The situation took a very quick and sharp turn for the worse, as this story explores the very real risk of day-to-day Policing, when a standard interaction with a motorist turns into a tragic and horrific execution.
