    Emma Watkins is an entrepreneur, yogi and mother. She pursues deep and extensive learning in the fields of mental and physical health, acknowledging that success in life goes hand in hand with achieving self mastery. She has completed numerous yoga trainings across different disciplines, including trauma, disability, pre + post natal, yin and breathwork.
