Things Neurodivergent Kids Wish Their Neurotypical Parents Knew

  • Resumen

  • I was joined by Zoe Darazsdi, a mental health counselor who specializes in empowering neurodiverse people. In that time, she has helped countless teens and adults to navigate the challenges and gifts of living with a unique brain. Zoe’s work is supported by her own autistic self-advocacy and the professional research she conducts on autistic peoples’ experiences in counseling. She shares what she wants neurotypical parents to know about parenting their neurodivergent child.

Starting September 2024, Zoe will be offering a weekly virtual group for parents of autistic kids & young adults with the goals of:

*Learning about Autism from an expert

*Finding community with other parents &

*Developing parenting skills tailored to your child

The group will meet every Thursday at 7pm for 90 minutes ($75 per session) via Zoom beginning on 9/5/24. To inquire or register email ZoeDarazsdi@gmail.com.
