  • Afte the heartbreaking ending of Assassin's Blade Celaena is recruited by the Crown Prince to become the King's Champion. She now fonds herself in a castle with the king she despises who sits on his throne of glass. Her goal? Her freedom. Her mission? Defeat 23 other murderers, thieves, and assassins in a competition. When her competitors start dying mysteriously one by one, Calaena's fight for freedom becomes a fight for survival as she battles the evil found in the castle.
