If you know that 30-something-year old I ran by today, who is making the effort, but struggling, would you share this with them? Or better yet … if that was you … I want to encourage you. It’s important, putting in the miles, the work; and it’s okay when you don’t. Try again. Life isn’t easy, there’s no quick fix. But now is your time. We’re empowered to make decisions, take actions, even though we know things sometimes go sideways. Keep seeking Peace of Mind, Vitality of Body and Joy of Spirit. It’s worth the effort, even when it’s hard.
