Childhood religious trauma and a major loss at the age of 12 led her to self destructive methods of coping, self loathing, and grief. With the help of a 12 step program, she found recovery, but when the love of her life died traumatically, Lynette found herself not wanting to continue this life. With a fierce case of PTSD, prevented from leaving by her fear of death, Lynette experienced a spontaneous healing and then the gift of Suzanne Giesemann's work.
