  • It was a beautiful summer evening to drive across town and the state line for dinner.  Or was it?  This simple drive erupted into traumatic memories for me, memories I did not want to relive.  Thankfully, I was able to realize what was happening and utilize my energy to calm back down.  Listen in to my trauma and my journey to self-correct.  

    My hope is this episode will help you to realize the triggers in your day that are harmful, and help you shift from anxiety to healing mode.  The struggle is real!  But we can overcome!
