A WWF wrestler probably won’t do well at hockey— and a hockey player doesn’t usually do great at football. They need training— and growth— for their specific environments.

We do, as well.

We were born for a special purpose. Every one of us!

We all have a unique skill set made up of our strengths, resources, talents, passions and gifts.

These gifts were given to us by our Creator to use and serve the world around us.

If you have accepted Jesus into your life, you must understand that you are a disciple of His and that there are responsibilities of great importance that come with that.

Being a follower of Jesus is not just an insurance policy or a way to make all our problems go away. It’s about doing the world’s most important work.

👉 Discover who they are (and continuing to walk in that identity— because if you don’t know who you are, you’ll seek that affirmation in the wrong places, from spaces that can’t make you whole)

👉 Define their area of operations— the space God has them stewarding right now (which changes and develops over time, depending on your age and life station)

👉 Deploy and do it all unto the Lord— so they experience His presence and power in each area of life AND impart that grace to others

Then, they keep doing it, over and over, getting better and better at it, bringing others along with them.

In the military, AO (Area of Operations) is the acronym used to quantify and qualify the domain that a military unit is responsible for.

Similarly, you and I have an AO we’re responsible for—

We are to bring the presence & power of the Holy Spirit into each area over which we have stewardship— our family, our health, our work, our neighborhood…

God created you in love.

That’s important to grasp, because the design of something ALWAYS and defines what that thing is here to do.
