This is a true story about Venerable Mother Mariana de Jesus, a Conceptionist nun, who received apparitions from our Lady of Good Success of the Purification and was given many prophecies specifically for our times; these apparitions have been approved by the local bishop in 1611 and upheld by every bishop since that time.
In 1582, Mother Mariana received an apparition of Jesus crucified, the Blessed Virgin, St. John and St. Mary Magdalene, all life size; I call this the vision of the three swords because three swords appeared with the words--heresy, blasphemy and impurity on each of them and they relate to our times like today's latest news.
Our Lady asked Mother Mariana to have a statue made of the Blessed Mother as a representation of her ongoing governance, protection and loving care for the nuns in the convent in Quito, Ecuador which involved miraculous events associated with the statue.
In one prophecy, our Lady revealed that a great and truly devout Catholic president would arise when Ecuador became a republic and that he would be martyred; this was fulfilled in the nineteenth century to the letter.
Many prophecies, specifically for our epoch, were given by our Lady such as a total corruption of customs, powerful diabolical influence and control of many institutions and a focus of attack on innocent children to name a few.
