Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) finds himself with a bomb strapped to his chest, not the proper attire for D.A. Wendall Shepard's funeral. Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) and Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) race to the service to stop the Press Room Bomber and to save Harriet's son, Alex.

While Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce), and her old partner, Retired Detective T.J. Ramos (Erik Estrada), are being held captive by the Press Room Bomber (Robert Anthony Peters), Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) ignores the FBI when Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) doesn't seem too concerned about Harriet's safety. Can Detective Alicia find Harriet and T.J. before another bomb's timer runs out?

Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti), has received a hot tip leading him to the location of next bomb. He cuts out Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) and Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) in going after the Press Room Bomber. But Harriet and her team follow up on one of her hunches, leading to another dangerous discovery.
