When it comes to working in a team, whether it be a work team, a team of volunteers, or your home team (aka your family), the better the team functions, the better results you get. There can be a lot of complexities with teams because you have multiple people who have unique ideas, plans, and backgrounds, but there are two essential rules that must be followed to have an effective team. In this week’s episode, we’re taking some leadership advice from the Bible. I’m reflecting on Ephesians 5:21-32 and the advice that St. Paul regarding roles and responsibilities of leaders and teams.
