We give a shout out to a few runners who grabbed 10 year Western States buckles. Then we dive into The Mount Marathon Race, an annual 4th of July classic trail 5K which is one of the craziest races out there. We go over race results from Buckeye Trail 50K, Silver Rush 50, Silverton Alpine 50K, Kendall Mountain, Afton Trail 50K, and the monster that is Quebec Mega Trail running festival. • Episode 023: Worlds End, Mohican, Old Dominion, and More Spring Energy Drama
    Jun 6 2024

We have a special guest today! Chas Adams joins us to talk about his experience at the Worlds End 100K. All three of us are baffled at the low finisher rate at Mohican 100 this year. We discuss the Damn Yeti 50 mile and 55K races. We do a deep dive into Johnny’s white whale, Old Dominion 100. Nick Coury laid down a sub 6 hour 50 miler in 105 degree heat at Hotfoot Hampster. Mozart 100K in Austria saw some torrential weather this year. We think Laz is still in the Show Me state. Stine Rex sets a new women’s 48 hour record. We finish up talking about the results from additional spring energy products getting tested and the saga continues.
