Very insightful!

Carrie Jones unpacked the complex subject of hormones into little packages of information that is very practical. This episode made me realize yet again how important it is to pay extra attention to nourish our female hormones. Sometimes the conversation changes into chaotic chatter, but it adds to the warmth and is endearing rather than distracting.
