Realer reality than Reality TV

I have to say, I like most of the VPR cast better through their podcasts than I do on the show. VPR became stale after a while but, viewers are already invested so they keep watching… hoping to catch a glimpse of the “way they were” before EVERYONE was a villain. I love the podcast because it’s like having a little conversation with them in your car! I know Jax and Brittnay are taking a lot of heat about their relationship right now but, I am impressed by the effort they’re making to remain amicably, lovingly connected as a family, to figure out their marriage, or divorce, on their own terms, to be real (good, bad & ugly) with their listeners and mostly, to honor their most important priority by placing their precious, beautiful son first as they blaze a new normal for their family. I’m excited to hear about their work, their parenting, their personal wellness, their failures & successes - it’s a great podcast with fun guests, some surprising nuggets of wisdom, lessons in karma, humility, accountability... there's laughs, a few tears and that special brand of banter that makes Jax & Brittany so real.
