Brian Vieaux’s son Cam Vieaux started in T-Ball, coached by Dad and others, making some teams, being left off of rosters by others. Until his own perseverance and determination along wit timely advice from coaching, impacted his ultimate rise to the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Major Leagues. In this episode, Brian discusses how coaching impacted Cam’s rise and even how coaching during his Major League appearance with the Pirates that was controversial and much maligned by local talk radio, helped Cam formulate a response to manager, Derek Shelton allowing him to pitch a whopping 56 pitches in one inning.
