like walking with a friend

love this podcast. I'm just getting into walking for fitness and stumbled on this podcast. short episodes discussing real things we encounter on our health journey. Dave's voice is friendly, mon judgmental an a supportive. it feels like I'm going for a short walk with a good friend. thank you!
