Your favorite redheads are...having a crisis? Had a crisis? Expecting a crisis?

Honestly none of the above but since it's a rule you have to at least ~consider~ having a crisis when you turn 30, we're discussing it. It's true—decisions in your 30s do feel significantly bigger. More important. More life-changing. And while our eldest daughter selves also felt that in our 20s, these emotions may actually be onto something this decade.
