Jim speaks to schools and companies on leadership, communication, culture, vision, and more. He is also a Professor of Communications with the Keiser University E-Campus. Jim has a goal to help people improve their communication skills one podcast at a time.

He's also a family man and lives with his wife and two boys in South Florida.
