Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful for everyone involved, and unfortunately, for most of us, that stress doesn't magically disappear right before the wedding.

In fact, it's often this final week of wedding planning that ends up being the most stressful of all because suddenly, the end is actually in sight, and you can feel like there's still a multitude of things to be done.

One of the most important things to do during your wedding week is to try to RELAX! We know it might be hard, but in this episode, we'll give you some of our best tips for doing just that.

Prioritising yourself and your relationship during this week will do wonders for how you show up on your actual wedding day. So make sure that you have scheduled some exclusive self-care time. Even if this is just being able to switch off while you get your hair done or a massage, your body and mindset will thank you for it!
