  • On this episode, I share my journey through creating Shadow Space and the purpose behind my Podcast and Website which is now live, so feel free to visit ⁠Shadowspacehealing.com⁠. The concept was initiated through my own experiences and struggles through my healing journey that began years ago where I felt alone, without any support or understanding of what was transpiring in my life at the time. Based on what I learned, I wanted to create a space where people can come and tune in where we openly talk about this often perceived darkness and doing the shadow work and the value of doing this work for your overall well-being. I hope this episode inspires you all to begin your deep self-inquiries that will hopefully lead you to a place of self-acceptance and wholeness.
