Last week, we watched the 2024 solar eclipse. Normally, the sun shines brightly bringing warmth and light into the world. But when there's clouds or a pesky moon that gets in the way, there's darkness. This is a great metaphor for our own lives. The world needs our warmth and light to transform. In this episode, we talk about how things in our own lives might be eclipsing our brilliance. Let's talk about what might be keeping you from being your best self and how you can start to make the changes you need to show the world your brilliance.

YOUR CHALLENGE
As I said earlier, change only comes through action. So look through the activity book or relisten to this or another episode. Then pick ONE thing you’re going to focus on for the rest of the semester. Once you decide, write down your plan. List the one thing you’re going to work, your goal, and what exactly you’re going to do to achieve it.
