  • "Is it O.K. if I Help You Change?"
    Aug 11 2024

Welcome to our first follow-up episode!!! With "change" being such a huge part of our lives, it didn't feel right only discussing it for one episode. Join us for Ep.12 "Is it O.K. if I Help You Change?"

This episodes focusing mostly on ways you can help others in their change with a slight focused distraction on some leadership things because my brain tends to go that way. Change is scary, change is difficult, and change is necessary. Let's all learn how to effectively and healthily change so that we may assist others in their changing, if the help is wanted, of course.

  • "There is Nothing Permament Except Change" ~ Heraclitus
    Aug 4 2024

Hello and welcome to episode 11 all about CHANGE!! With such an expansive topic this episode is more of a broad term "change" as we discuss a couple of lists that cover reasons why people resist change and reasons why we struggle to make change. Change is everywhere and also inevitable so we might as well learn to deal with it in a constructive and positive manner. Just on the other change is growth and growth can be a beautiful yet terrifying process.

  • Oh C.R.A.A.P., "What is This Source-ery?"
    Jun 9 2024

Currency, Relevance, Authority, Accuracy, Purpose. Obviously, none of us want to research, learn, then share incorrect information, that would be crazy! If you have to lie to prove your point, that proves you are on the wrong side of the point. Developed by Sarah Blakeslee and her team at the University of California in 2004, the C.R.A.A.P. test is a fun little checklist that you can run on any source you are using for information. A nice easy way to make sure what you are learning and/or sharing is accurate, as long as you are able to look at things and yourself objectively.

Also, we finally did it!!! our first episode under the 30 minute goal!!!

  • Manipulators "Your gas light is on"
    May 11 2024

It is important to always lead with compassion, whether that be dealing with a manipulator or a podcaster that said he would keep episodes under 30 minutes while delivering a 45 minuter. It is however our shortest episode so we continue to get closer to the half-hour mark.

Season 2 kicks off hot with an episode about manipulation and ways you may tell if it is happening to you or if maybe you are manipulating others. Self-reflection is important for growth and recognizing where we can improve and working to do so can help build stronger/healthier relationships, in my humble opinion.

Thank you for listening and supporting!!

  • A Stoned Discussion w/ Tim Loulies
    Apr 5 2023
We are back after with a WWWITB first and joined by fellow comedian and long time friend, Tim Loulies. Tim decided he wanted to smoke weed for the first time in 15 years on the WWWITB podcast and just talk about anything that comes up and we did just that. This conversation runs the gamut of random topics from personal stories/personal growth to our DNA being clipped to military discounts at marijuana dispensaries and much much more. Loulies has performed at such legendary venues as the Apollo Theater in Harlem, Hollywood Improv & the Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles, his comedy has been featured in the Washington Post, heard on Sirius XM Radio, and starred as the head instructor on the PBS Documentary “Comedy Boot Camp.” He's also worked with four cast members of Saturday Night Live, five WWE Hall of Famers, in addition to such names in the world of stand up as Steve Trevino, Guy Torry, Ron Funches and the late great John Witherspoon. For Clarification - "Mr. Orange" is a friend who wished to remain nameless, how could we not make a Reservoir Dogs reference in that situation? And yes, Kory also got stoned for this episode and shares some of what he went through after retiring from his 20-year and 22-day Air Force career.
