  • Probably one of the most universally felt feelings that parents (especially Moms) don't want to talk about - when you're secretly (or openly!) pining for one gender and your baby ends up being the other.

    In today's episode, lets unpack it, judgement free! We'll dive into how common this is, why we feel this way, what we can do to help reframe it, what NOT to say to a parent who has (in your perception) a child with the gender you think they didn't want. I'll also share the results of the online poll I posted about gender preference. If nothing else, I hope this makes anyone experiencing some gender grief less alone, and gives the rest of us some framework to support those who may be experiencing it.
