And how Hannah became involved with Rank & File Theatre and Compass Recovery College, offering an honest and open insight into the various challenges and messages of hope around her mental health and the impact of the life threatening condition she's recovering from.

    Three travellers, one platform. A call for change, but will change come?


    This episode of Where Do We Go From Here finds our third traveller - Mary - on the phone at a train station awaiting help with her wheelchair to get on the right platform for her delayed train. Receiving a phone call which opens up an emotionally driven conversation about Mary's physical and mental health as well as her journey through life in the UK. Mary discussed rediscovering her youth and her fears around the crisis' in South Sudan.
