    In this latest episode I discuss The Importance of Mentoring, a subject that is very important to me personally. To help me with this episode it seemed quite appropriate to interview my long-time mentor Mike Kirk, so please join us as we tackle some of the following topics:

    • What role do organizations have in fostering a culture of mentoring?

    What If Scent Could Impact Design

     In this latest episode entitled What If Scent Could Impact Design, I interview Tracy Pepe and discuss how scent can and should be considered a tool in the Architecture, Interior’s, and Engineering design process.  Furthermore, we discuss how scent triggers memory and Tracy’s research in using scent therapy for Alzheimer’s patients.
