    Dulce Sanchez is a local ice shop store owner call Paradise Ice Cream in Monona, Wisconsin. She is a Latina businesswoman, she has been living in Madison for over 20 years, and in 2017 she started Paradise Ice Cream because she loves the tradition of making ice cream. In her words, “because each time you eat our ice cream, it transports you back to Mexico with our unique flavors.” Dulce Sanchez enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Qiana enjoys connecting business owners to resources and speaks on the power of getting started.     Since 1995, China Moon has bartended for dive bars, house parties, underground events, celebrity bashes, and fine dining establishments in NYC and the Midwest. She’s an old soul with a heart for gardening, reading, music, dancing, animals, and, putting her passport back in rotation.

    She holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant business management, was the Private Dining & Event Manager at The Edgewater Hotel from 2016-2018, and is a member of the Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.

    China Moon is an eager reader (and dotes on Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels.) She loves aged Brugal Rum on the rocks with lime. An Intoxicologist through and through, China Moon is known for concocting something from nothing with whatever is available in the place!

    Laura graduated from UW-Madison with a bachelor's in Sociology + English. In addition to 20+ years in banking, she has extensive experience in social media, corporate branding, personal branding, event planning, sales, and marketing.

    Having an adult child is Laura’s newest journey. Her son attends college, loves skiing, and comes home often to help mom and be Chef Jacob. He’s the kid who wanted a fancy cast iron pan for Christmas, so it’s been fun to watch his foodie journey. We are a family of book lovers, cats, dogs, travel, and naps.

    Laura is a big fan of passion projects! She founded Engage Social Media in 2018 to assist clients with social media marketing, consulting, events and projects. During the pandemic, she rediscovered her love of chocolate and founded Simply Impeccable Fudge. Gourmet artisan marshmallows, sea salt caramels, and a variety of small-batch fudges keep her busy year-round. It must be one of her love languages!

    As the finance assistant at OG+S, Laura helps with a variety of internal + external bookkeeping and tasks to help the team move smoothly through the customer journey. She also works for SPACE:

    The Hispanic Community Health Resource Center (HHRC) is a Waukesha Memorial Hospital ProHealth Care department. The mission of the HHRC is to collaborate with community organizations to:

    Reduce barriers to health care access
    Provide primary and secondary prevention
    Coordinate case management and advocacy
    Build community capacity
