This episode is profound. It is not for the faint of heart. I recognize how vulnerable we all are. But before we can avail the healing balms, we must face the truth of that which steals our human sovereignty and creates instead strife, conflicts and despair.

What is Shakti? A Sanskrit word for the Divine Feminine — Shakti is the Goddess and Mother of all creation who has guarded and led me evercloser to her. Shakti’s powers are infinite. She is the primordial feminine force of creation. As the primordial feminine energy, she is the root source on which all else depends for survival, nourishment, and thriving. She exists in every iota of life, each life form, and in all genders, albeit only women carry her power in its awakened form. This concept is rooted in the idea that women are the repository of both creative and destructivepower, reflecting the dual nature of feminine primordial power. In Hinduism, women’s inheritance of Shakti is used toempower them, to resist patriarchy and reclaim their inherentdivine power.

The work of I Am Shakti emerged after years of being violently targeted and assaulted by a group of well-funded haters who carried out their attacks with military precision. This abysmal reality awakened the sleeping warrior within my soul. I awoke with only one option that is to energize my purpose in this birth by standing tall in spirit and speaking truth. Suffering aside, my experience of being a brown skinned woman whom they dared to target gave me access to their devious schemes as I honed my ability to dissect their history and legacy which together we must conquer if we are to regain full human sentiency.

For eons, patriarchal rule has been reeking havoc on the lives of men, women and nature as a whole. They have succeeded in strategically numbing individual intelligence, dumbing our voices to fit into their inscrutable model- that of a life bereft of awareness. Both masculine and feminine energies have been enduring crippling disempowerment. To safeguard the life and sacred purpose of our planet we must stop living as the unmourned and recover consciousness. Obviously, I Am Shakti, is not for the faint hearted.

Drawing on ancient Vedic wisdom, historical and current events, and my personal story, I explored how the fear of the feminine has been weaponized throughout history. At its core, I Am Shakti is an impassioned plea for women, in particular, to reclaim their innate Shakti nature to foster justice, compassion, cooperation, love, and nourishment for all beings. The book calls for balancing the primordial Shiva-Shakti energy, the universal masculine-feminine force that generates harmony and nourishment for all life. To recreate sentient world, we must shift from a dualistic, binary understanding of this energy toward a non-dual, nurturing wholeness that exists within every individual. I Am Shakti serves as both a personal transformation story and a guide, offering simple Vedic practices and encouragement to help readers restore balance within themselves and the world. Profoundly stirring, this book is a celestial hymn to the divine feminine, resonating deeply within the cosmic tapestry of life.

Cosmic sounds heal us as we learn to harness its wise medicine within. You know that you are infinitely powerful in your frequency potential when you realize you are equipped with a powerful weapon that can restore earth equanimity and our proper alignment to her. The human voice as a divine instrument is a powerful foundational tool for living a life of ahimsa. It is the basis of our individuality and creative expression. However, the human voice is our most misunderstood and misused possession. We take our voice for granted—using and abusing it for the most mundane, trivial and hurtful communications—forgetting to honor it as the divine instrument of harmony, sovereignty and within us.

Vedic wisdom Informs the universe in a state of constant, interconnected vibration, and creation itself is emanated from a primordial sound or vibration, often represented by the mantra "Om". This sound is central axis of the life force that flows through living beings, and practices like Vedic and other ancient chants are used to align with this cosmic vibration. First and foremost, we are rhythmic beings, sustained in growth through our vibratory field. The greater our vibrations, the more consciousness we harness and exude. everything in the universe, including thoughts, speech and emotions, is energy vibrating at a specific frequency. In this view, when we raise personal vibration it aligns with the "cosmic vibration" and ripples out to awaken a deeper sense of awareness and wellness throughout the human tribe.

Nature continually grace our energies with her healing sounds…she nourishes our vibratory fields that keeps mind body healthy … through gentle whispers, or vibrant talks she rambles and when we become tone- deaf she shouts and rages as in terrifying winds, and storms to awaken the human connection to her infinite grace, medicine and wisdom. Her earth is always tremor-ing deep beneath the surface, her mysterious phenomenon pulses every 26 seconds a seismic"heartbeat" that has puzzled scientists for decades. Silencing is another indicator of earth intelligence signaling humans that our alignment to her vibration is askew. The ocean's gentle giants are falling quiet - and it's sending shockwaves through the scientific community. The blue whale song intensity has dropped by nearly 40% over recent decades. These deep, low-frequency calls aren't just necessary for mating, navigation, and long-distance communication. Importantly, the ocean mammals’ vibratory field sustains humanity’s memory field. Africa and other ancient cultures knew that oral knowledge is power. the most important knowledge such as Vedas was largely preserved by a few select and worthy custodians. In Aboriginal cultures, elders who have passed the highest levels of initiation hold the deepest levels of knowledge. This is reflected in the way their cosmic energy generated architecture as in the Egyptian pyramids, the Aboriginal initiation sites, at Stonehenge, where the perimeter of standing stones shields the centre of the ring, where the most circulation of cosmic vibration seals important aspects knowledge which are passed on through ceremony.

  • Episode 180 - The Power of a Cell
    Nov 5 2025

    Send us a text

Thousands of years before modern science emerged, the ancient science of Ayurveda propagated this prescient knowledge of the body’s cellular anatomy, its recalibration and maintenance as the imperative to maintaining excellent health. In Ayurveda, the principle of autophagy is only one core part of a greater plethora of cellular function of the cellular anatomy, which in Sanskrit is referred to Śarīra Paramānus/Anu Srotāmsi, a vast invisible network of living units of the body analogous to modern cells.

Today, science is progressively proving what the ancient rishis knew. Thanks to Yoshinori Oshumi cellular recycling now has a modern scientific name. Ohsumi, a brilliant biologist in Tokyo won the Nobel Prize in 2016 for “discovering” autophagy” the process where cells break down and recycle their own damaged components to survive and stay healthy. Ohsumi’s work and findings are outstanding, and open the door to greater scientific knowledge of the cellular anatomy. Autophagy is a natural function of cell recycling, the process in which cells degrade and recycle cellular components by breaking down and reusing damaged or unnecessary components within a cell. Autophagy is essential for a cell to function and to manifest the energy that it needs. Fully functional cells help us survive during periods of physical, emotional and spiritual stress. It can destroy pathogens like viruses and bacteria that have entered a cell. Cells are the basic building blocks of every tissue and organ in your body. Each cell contains multiple parts that keep it functioning. Over time, these parts can become defective or stop working. By deconstructing old parts of their cells they don’t need, cells can recreate these junky bits into functioning cells they need to survive.

  • Episode 178 Crossing the bridge of Trauma
    Oct 31 2025

    Send us a text

Trauma is not a state of illness, or insanity. It is a body that is running scared on imbalance. Trauma is an ongoing process, from minimal degrees to maximum, all of humanity experiences some form of trauma in this modern, technological age. Even as the old order is crumbling, patriarchal values are furtively latching on to the blueprint of power which corrupts, recently fueling a world in criminality and chaos. This is the greater backdrop of trauma in our lives. It is a global issue which invariably instigates our personal lives and behavioral patterns. Only a few decades ago, medical science viewed trauma as a mental disease. it appears we have come a long way. Now, we see it as an emotional imbalance. However, there remains a core of truth to the insanity assessment since mired global reality renders the whole of humanity as a stockpile of insanity. I have had the privilege to know and consult with many medical professionals, but in the case of my personal experience as a traumatized targeted person, all I could get was, “why you?why would anyone wish to do this to you?”

In the ancient medicine system of Ayurveda, we describe trauma as unprocessed emotions tethered to pain, hurt, or abuse that settled into cellular memory of the body’s nervous system. This condition dislodges our metabolic balance. Moreover, this ancient wisdom tells us our mind is a conduit that connects, body and soul. Subtle channels of the mind exist throughout the body, tye basis from which the interconnection of body mind spirit and its healing can be explored.

  • Episode: 177 Power of Forgiveness
    Oct 19 2025

    Send us a text

To forgive is a sacred act. Forgiveness is the essence of being a woman, a shaktified woman. Like all that is divine, it forces us to dig deep, excavate the negativity scribed in our living pattern, and leap out of it with the knowledge that we choose to grow- beyond the confines of bitterness, and hurt. Forgiveness does not condone the aggrieved actions that have caused us pain, but it does diminish negative impact foisted on your personal health and well-being. Forgiving even the smallest slight to the most heinous crimes against our feminine humanity is a work of alignment. We must peel back layer and layer of grief while striving to move forward. This is a continual path of practice as life serves many treacherous curves which, when we strive for self awareness, can help to trigger conscious choices that leads to emotional, biological and ancestral healing.

Evolution of consciousness, wisdom is earned through personal struggle, and sacrifices making energy sacred. Most people fear authenticity because it serves as a reminder of what they have sacrificed for needing a sense of acceptance, craving approval. • Episode 181- Shakti Empowers Life- full episode
    Oct 2 2025

Fifty two years ago while healing from cancer in the snowy welkin of Vermont, I remember my very first transmission I received from Mother Earth about my maternal shakti memory that lives within me. I heard the sounds of the deer scattering the snow-laden brambles to forage for sprouts or pine nuts on the ground. That crunchy sound invigorated me from the warm, cozy cabin outdoors into the brilliant sunshine that day. Nature had called me into the graffiti light of the forest to tell me that I would live again. Ever since then, whatever the problem—pain, agony, despair, disease, or torture, I lean into surrendering to Her who is within Me. As women, we wholly embody the power of Shakti.

Our journeys are seamlessly tied to the mystery and miracle of our Mother, the Earth. When aligned with our Shakti energy, we experience freedom, liberation, self-generating intelligence - the intuitive guidance from the Goddess herself. We must now reclaim her patterns of love which are indelibly inscribed in the cellular memory of our mitochondrial DNA. We are restoring the cosmic vibration indelibly stamped into the shaktified cellular memory of each cell in our body. Looking at present conditions around us, we begin to reflect on our past and see how far we have divested from the infinite grace of our inherent Shakti energy. Through prayers, stillness, meditation, and a wellspring of tears—in whichever way we choose to commune with Her—Mother Earth sends us the answers through signs and symbols and often sounds her signals and sirens so we can hear her call. ……..
