You have periods of time where it’s been go-go-go for various reasons to a new chapter which speaks to my current journey.I’m a serial entrepreneur, I’ve lived a life of agriculture & watching people get to a point where they would pass or become disabled & their life’s worth was sold off – a pig was a pig, a cow was a cow, and an acre or farm ground was an acre or farm ground. There was no enterprise around value built. My fondness for these closely held business owners means I recognise what they do for their communities & the people they employ.32,000 companies employ 10-330 in a 150-mile radius of St. Louis. These account for 49% of the entire workforce, but 2/3 of those companies are declining. What does that mean for the opportunities for all the employees in those companies? 70% of the business owners were at or past natural retirement age. The story that tells for the future is not that bright unless we do a much better job helping these business owners.I could feel the people’s pain that we worked with & their frustration with miscommunication, it should be easier. After a long time looking, we saw that if it was to be done, it would have to be done by me. We built an organisation where we put all the service providers under one roof that the clients (and my widow) would need. We have our really good story that stands out in our lives, but you can’t say the the second greatest story has happened yet because we don’t know what’s going to happen next.The concept of truth not being exactly where two parties sit is definitely something to explore. We should adjust it to say the truth really sits above us rather than in between us. The other part of our collective story is the second greatest story ever told, I don’t think it’s inherently about a person, instead it’s about a people.There are so many definitions of faith. Biblically it’s the evidence of thing unseen, a lot of the time faith means believing in something that can’t be proven. But, a very general definition is that it’s whatever we believe in.There are technologies being developed in our third dimension that are possibly bringing in a fourth dimension. There are people smarter than myself that believe that the large world model concept and AI could replace reality, they speculate that we might not be living in base reality. Centuries ago people thought the Sun revolved around the Earth, paradigms are changing.A lot of people care greatly about things that are irrelevant, like what other people think about them or what’s true or real. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter, these are just things that are being used to divide & distract us, to get us out of living in our power in the moment.
