    What gear do you NEED for World's Toughest Mudder? In this episode, we break down seven things you must have for a successful run at World's Toughest Mudder.     After World's Toughest Mudder is over and everyone has had a nice time at the WTM Champions Brunch, everyone heads over to the WTM Bar Crawl. At a typical bar crawl, you start at a bar and go to several other bars with your friends. At the WTM Bar Crawl, you go to one bar and then crawl around because you're so tired from the race. (The "crawl" is more of a metaphor. People walk.) We talked with folks about their race at the Bar Crawl.     Chris Maltbie and Jen Mizono are long time race directors for World's Toughest Mudder. They were co-race directors for WTM 2023. We sat down with them following the Post-Race Brunch after WTM 2023. Chris and Jen talk about the behind-the-scenes work to bring the race to life, what they're thinking about as they're planning the race, and what specific feedback they received about the race.
