    Tam has been leading Sustainability at Xero since 2022, and since April 2024 has been General Manager of Sustainability and Impact. She has also spent time at Telstra and Glencore, had a stint with the Department of Foreign Affairs, and has a PhD in Comparative Media and Cultural Studies.
