This is the mission statement of the nonprofit organization called Miles of Freedom.  This episode we meet Richard Miles, he was wrongly convicted and served 15 years in prison.  In 2015, he was finally declared to be "truly innocent".  This podcast he tells his story and shares with us the importance of his work in the community.

Did you know collectively, blacks have the highest death rate and shortest survival of any racial/ethnic group?  Did you know that Hispanic women are 30% less likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer than non-Hispanic white women.
