  • About Grief
    Oct 27 2023
** TRIGGER WARNING ** My Loves, This episode has been one I wouldn't have done in this way. We've had an avalanche of emotions I this is my way of sharing the point of loving ourselves through all our ups and downs. The healing process is made up of a spectrum of emotions we call grieving. Even though we can go through the same situations eg losing someone, what we go through is a very individual experience. And it does not have to make sense to anybody else! There is no set time frame, pattern or reasons. You are allowed to feel the full rainbow of light and dark. Staying transparent to my journey to hopefully inspire you as you journey along yours, I share with you my take on the feelings is have experienced in this episode. Although an hour! there is so much more I wanted to break down...we'll go there at other times Im sure. This episode is in no way medical advice, professional opinion or to be utilised wholly as a means of healing. Othe forms of grief and healing have not been intentionally omitted this episode, I have isolated these particular life events of great heartache for my demonstration purposes only. You are your own guide, you shine your gorgeous soul! This Pod is about how I have encountered grief over time and is in no way an exhaustive or diminishing as to anything you have experienced.
