The Forgiveness - Love Connection

There is a connection between forgiveness and love. This episode explores the important element that links forgiveness and love together. If you are going to forgive you must be able to love. If you are going to love then you must be willing, ready, and able to forgive. You can't have one without the other. Forgiveness and love are mutually inclusive.

Forgiveness In Action

Forgiveness has to be activated in our personal lives. We all know how difficult it is to express forgiveness after someone has hurt you. But it is so necessary. Forgiving doesn't mean that you are giving up your right to be right. It's doesn't mean that you are giving people a license to hurt you. When you forgive you submit your ability to avenge yourself and you exchange it with an expression of compassion and love.

Forgiveness can sometimes be a very difficult concept to grasp. When should we forgive? When should we not forgive? Who deserves forgiveness? When can I justify with-holding forgiveness? We address these questions and others in this three-part series on The Power of Forgiveness.

Storms will come in each of our lives. We will all go through storms in one form or another. From external stressors like COVID-19, losing a job or losing a loved one to internal stressors like anxiety, depression and worry, we all deal with storms.
