  • This week didn't go as planned; the plan was to talk about BURN OUT. Instead, we realized we were in the midst of a BREAKDOWN. We are hitting on a one-year mark of living through a pandemic, one in which we have been experiencing the grief of our lives, our escapes, our dreams, and worst of all, over 2.5 million people that died from this virus. 
    We got a bit rageful. We found some light in some dark moments. 
    But we are still here. 
    And you are still here. 
    Maybe next week we will be more hopeful?
