Llama Out Loud

Yasmin is starting secondary school soon—and her talking toy best friend, Levi, is well excited about it! They’ll get to continue their Guardian Llama missions to help kids with their problems, just like how Levi helped Yasmin find her voice. Secretly though, Yasmin is worried that people will think she’s weird for carrying a toy llama around, and maybe it isn’t the best idea for Levi to come with her. But with a family seaside holiday promising lots of beachside thrills to distract her, Yasmin is ready to have fun with Levi and her (human) best friend, Ezra.

Yasmin Shah is just like any other 10-year-old girl, with a crazy, loud family, the BEST best friend ever and a talking toy llama! With the help of her loud guardian llama Levi, Yasmin has finally found her voice, but her mission has only just begun. She is determined to use her new-found confidence to help her friends, starting with turning Levi back into his true guardian llama form and getting him back into Seen Not Herd - the secret society of guardian llamas.

It's the Christmas holidays and Yasmin is miserable. Her family don't celebrate Christmas so she doesn't understand all the hype, plus Ezra has gone to Jamaica for 2 weeks and Levi is away on a mission. Then a snowstorm hits London, meaning Yasmin's enemy Tia can't fly to her luxury holiday in France. Yasmin is horrified when she gets sent a solo mission—to give Tia the best Christmas ever! Soon Tia is bossing Yasmin around and without her friends to help, Yasmin starts to wonder if making her arch nemesis happy might be mission: impossible.
