good book with good content, but you probably want to get the hard copy instead of the audio version. there are many visuals to reference, and if you listen to audio books on the go, you don't really have the ability to pull the PDFs to reference it

Story
The Theory of Constraints (TOC) has been successfully applied in almost every area of human endeavor. And while Eli Goldratt is indeed a scientist, an educator and a business leader, he is first and foremost a philosopher. He is a thinker who provokes others to do the same. Dr. Goldratt exhorts his readers to examine and reassess their lives and business practices by cultivating a different perspective. In his latest book, The Choice, Goldratt once again presents his thought provoking approach.

Story
Business leaders know that the key to competitive success is smart management of scarce resources. That's why companies allocate their financial capital so carefully. But capital today is cheap and abundant, no longer a source of advantage. The truly scarce resources now are the time, the talent, and the energy of the people in your organization - resources that are too often squandered.

maybe it's because I like the subject and have read a few books on this, but apart from a couple of good points this book didn't really add any new value to me.
The embellishment of the stories didn't really help either.

I'd say Dan did a great job at explaining and tackling the skepticism around meditation. I am myself still looking into this practice, and he definitely made it real and normal the concerns I have, as well as addressing them. definitely recommend

Story
How did Fidel Castro fool the CIA for a generation? Why did Neville Chamberlain think he could trust Adolf Hitler? Why are campus sexual assaults on the rise? Do television sitcoms teach us something about the way we relate to each other that isn't true? While tackling these questions, Malcolm Gladwell was not solely writing a book for the page. He was also producing for the ear. In the audiobook version of Talking to Strangers, you’ll hear the voices of people he interviewed - scientists, criminologists, military psychologists.
