So I’m not gotten through this book yet, but I felt like I needed to write my review now I want to get through the book but I don’t need the flamboyant gay best friend or assistant. It’s just too much and has really nothing to do with the story that we’re supposed to be getting of these two individuals. Again, this author seems to really focus and be a advocate for being promiscuous sexually yet every single time that seems to be the major conflict. The women are too promiscuous and as a result, it affects them professionally. I’m opinion keep your address down your draws up. But yeah, cute story so far.

I truly love this book. It was very cute. It was interesting, but I think the problem that I have is all of the issues that the female character have was because she was so promiscuous. This book seems to support promiscuity, but at the same time is showing what conflict happens in your life when you have too much promiscuity.

I just can’t stop thinking about this book . It truly touched my heart. I agree with all the previous reviews. This is more of a journey for women in their 40’s who have given more than they’ve received and are so much more than their titles “wife”, “mom” lover. This book is about being true to yourself

Can we simply write a story without all of the political gender neutral and homosexual nods. I means sometimes one just wants a simple old fashioned story about a man and woman falling in love

Why do I feel the author has been using her stories for a political platform… I stopped following her due to random LGBQT* situation that aren’t necessary the storyline. It’s one to sprinkle it in for setting and supporting characters. This is just to forced which to the author making it seem unnaturally placed…Thinking maybe she should change her genres

The women in her books seem to be smart women with serious problems being walking mats. Then refusing to call people on the table for treating you like crap because it’s not polite and you don’t want to rock the boat. I just can’t… I just want a love story about a man and woman who overcome conflict….

Sometimes you like to pick up a book just to enjoy a really good story especially if it’s a romantic story. You want to see the heroine and hero work for the relationship have a conflict and overcome I miss those kind of books now it feels like every book I read especially by some of the more current authors is about trying to tell me how to be politically correct and what’s acceptable in society I wanna book about a man and a woman where they simply take care of one another and they protect one another.
