This book has literally changed my life. I was suffering from chronic pain and mystery illness, autoimmune disease, extreme fatigue, etc. I read the book and had my "AHA" moment in realizing that we are emotional beings, we are energetic beings, and emotions / thoughts are energy which can get stuck in the body causing dis-ease. If the energy can be stagnated, or 'stuck', than conceivably, it can be released. Through doing Body Code Sessions with a practitioner (Emotion Code Level 2), I have decreased my pain by 50%, have eliminated my debilitating fatigue, and have found my purpose in life.
If you know someone, or you yourself are dealing with chronic pain and fatigue, or emotional distress, READ THIS BOOK. It can change your life.

Combines everything I've been learning!

I swear that this book was written for me, at the perfect time. I have read Martha Beck's other books, have considered her Life Coaching Certification and for whatever reason life got in the way of proceeding. Because of my own chronic pain and fatigue symptoms I have read and researched the mind/body connection, energy healing, all Universal Laws including the Law of Divine Oneness and all of the elements that she talks about in this book. I finally realized my path and am learning and working towards my goal and this book has proven to me that I am a Natural Wayfinder and am progressing at the right pace and at the perfect time. For me personally, this book was synchronicity at its finest. And the narrator was PERFECT. Great job on her part, she got Martha's wit and timing down perfectly. Thank you for this book Martha! I can't wait to start training with you.

So many 'Aha' moments in this one!

I have been on a journey of self-discovery for the past 10 years and had still been trying to figure out what it is I had been missing. What was causing this humdrum, muddy rut existence of mine and how to come out of it. After watching the movie, 'I AM', (I highly recommend it!), I realized that I have been missing Compassion! Compassion for myself, and especially for others. This book was mentioned in the movie and I felt compelled to seek it out. I am glad this book was on Audible, because Marc's melodious, linguistic genius was really entertaining and received better audibly than reading in my opinion. Now with a new direction, I am excited to keep learning and looking forward to reading his other books as well!

I really enjoyed learning more about the 18 Universal Laws. When listening to Jennifer describe some of these, it helped to connect the puzzle pieces where things have and have not gone well in my life. After reading this book, I tracked the amount of toxins that I was exposing myself to and was horrified. I ingest, inhale, or absorb DOZENS of harmful chemicals just in my morning routine alone - before I even leave my house! Between shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, body moisturizer, facial moisturizer, makeup, hair-styling products, etc, it's no wonder I'm toxic!
His plan for detoxification is extremely thorough, and backed by research studies, as well as 30 years of his own experience with patients. This book is invaluable!

She holds the mirror up like no one else!

So much of this book resonated with me. The good and the bad. Brene brings to light the problems with our current culture, hiding behind social media, believing what is fed us by all media, grouping ourselves as "us" or "them". I've done it, and more and more people are doing it every day, so badly that they are insulting and de-humanizing one another with pride. Because it is not up close and personal, it is almost anonymous being "brave" in the big bad world of social media. And because there is disagreement on a subject, now all of a sudden, that makes you right (if you agree with me) or wrong (if you don't). There is no right or wrong, only perspective. And everyone's perspective is based on their own experience. I HATE the divisiveness that is commonplace now and she brings these most difficult issues to light and even provides ways to bridge the gaps and re-connect with our humanity. This book is extremely important for this time. I have read several of her other books, but really enjoyed hearing her voice. She is convicted, and raw, and fearless, and I respect her so much as an author and human being. Thank you, Brene!
