so many shields
Reviewed: 01-09-23
my whole thing is this tech tree is so cool, and shielder are my favorite and I really hate how much the MC just hates himself. but I'm absolutely in love with the world, the characters, and the crazy ass up hill battle. he has so many shields it sounds like he just needs to be wearing them so I'm so excited for the possibility and I hope he has a list of the shields some where so we can get some sick call backs.

I was moved to tears
Reviewed: 12-29-22
sometimes when bad stuff happens in a book you wonder why, but then you get the pay off. The story was intense but it was like social dynamics instead of sword play but he was still combat ready because of having maximum defense. The climax and the catharsis really had me crying some deep tears.
p.s. my only issue I guess is I'm a big numbers nerd and it didn't seem like we had a good grasp on how OP the MC except for lvl comparison. like if it's 0 dmg that's very different that 1 damage, right?

The story was so exciting I finished it in a weekend. a very cool retro take on basically the litRPG genre. with an amazing amount of detail, you really get enthralled. Also the entire Race is way more exciting than what they decided to put in the movie not even close.
