Historia
Meghan, Brecia, and Skye have just one thing in common. They were all murdered by the same man. He hunted them online, masquerading as an eligible bachelor. Then he played the perfect gentleman, a thick layer of charm and a thousand-watt smile hiding the fact that his first dates end in shallow graves. He’s gotten away with murder three times now. The only thing that might keep him from killing again? The women he murdered. Meghan, Brecia, and Skye might be dead, but they’re not gone. They’ve found each other. And they won’t rest until they find a way to stop him.

Love all the different pov's
Revisado: 08-01-24
I really enjoyed this book. The narrator did a great job. I really didn't think I was going to like it in the beginning because I'm not a fan of switching back and forth to stuff but surprisingly, I loved it. All the characters have dimension and it felt really real. this is my first from this author and I'm sure I will enjoy more in the future.

Beckett: If you’re reading this, well, you know the last-letter drill. You made it. I didn’t. Get off the guilt train, because I know if there was any chance you could have saved me, you would have. I need one thing from you: get out of the army and get to Telluride. My little sister Ella’s raising the twins alone. She’s too independent and won’t accept help easily, but she has lost our grandmother, our parents, and now me. It’s too much for anyone to endure. And here’s the kicker: there’s something else you don’t know that’s tearing her family apart.

Four years earlier, in 1903, Mamah and her husband, Edwin, had commissioned the renowned architect to design a new home for them. Not a book I would normally read but I grabbed it for a beach read. Didn't get it finished so I got the audible to finish it out. Good story, Sad at times but she pushed through her life knowing what she wanted and didn't stop until she got it.

He proposed . . . and I said yes. Normally a jovial occasion for a couple in love, but this proposal has a very different feel. Because the man that I'll be calling my husband blew into town with one thing on his mind . . . to make my life a living nightmare. So why did I say yes? Well, because we both need something from each other. Namely, I want the farm land he currently owns, and he needs a wife in order to inherit his family cabin in his grandfather’s will. So as he so eloquently put it, my hand, for his land.

this was a very good story that made me laugh a good bit. One particular time I busted out laughing. I love Aubrey and her character and the narration. I love Wyatt but there is no way a man is like that. also, I did not enjoy his voice on this recording. I think it could have been so much better with a different man voice. still a great listen highly recommend

Good story but confusing on audible
Revisado: 03-09-24
this was a very good story but I found it very hard to determine which characters were speaking when. The voices didn't change enough for me and kept bobbing back and forth to different times in different people. I think it would be easier to read than to listen to.

Hanging in for book 3
Revisado: 01-10-24
along with my first review, I really don't read or listen to series but this one is good. That's pretty predictable but then again not. I am going to continue the series and moving on to book three. I do really love the performances though, you can really distinguish who is who.
