Hooray for this 9th Claudia Rose mystery!  I adore mysteries and I am fascinated by handwriting analysis.  Sheila Lowe delivers both in these intriguing whodunnits. In Maximum Pressure, Claudia's return to her high school reunion brings in a whole new cast of characters that add new depth to the Claudia character.  And this story kept intriguing me with twists & turns that kept me fully involved till the end.  I highly recommend this book and series.

This latest in Sheila Lowe's series of Forensic Mysteries is even better than the ones before. Characters Claudia Rose and her neice Monica immerse us in their heart-stopping adventures through Egypt, London, and even Tuscon, Arizona. They solve situations of artifact stealing, terrorism, and a wrongful murder charge with their courage and the help of Claudia's handwriting analysis skills. A thoroughly intriguing mystery.

I am an audiobook fan of these Forensic Mystery Books but the first few audiobooks are being released last. So now I'm getting the backstory and this book 2 is where Claudia meets Annabelle. They are my two favorite characters, each a strong female who constantly clash and constantly admire each other. The sparks flying between them charge up the fascinating tidbits of handwriting forensics interspersed in all their challenging situations. Being a handwriting analysis lover and a mystery lover, this book is a perfect listen for me. I highly recommend it to all.

After suffering the death of her son, amnesia, brain implant manipulation, and almost being murdered in book 1, Jessica is now hearing voices from the dead, including her lost son asking her to help another boy. Her journey into the unknown on both sides of the veil is highly captivating.

Claudia Rose is a great character to follow as she uses her graphology (also called handwriting analysis) skills to determine who at the dating-match company has the potential to kill. As the number of murders grows, Claudia's list of suspects narrows, with her escapes from harm narrowing along with it. As a graphologist and as a mystery lover, I adore the personal and forensic mysteries that Claudia Rose solves.

This mystery not only has unique story and characters, it has a web of entanglements between Claudia’s handwriting analysis work and the homicide case being investigated by her detective boyfriend. How they solve their conflicting roles only enhances the drama of this intriguing mystery. I recommend it highly.

The unique feature of Sheila Lowe’s mysteries is the use of handwriting analysis to solve the crimes. The handwriting also provides unique insights into the story’s colorful personalities. The ink slinging tattoo artist culture provides an engrossing setting and all the characters are so real they feel like they’re in the room with you. I was captivated from beginning to end. I highly recommend this audiobook

I enjoyed this book immensely from two points of view. Firstly, as a handwriting analyst, I enjoyed how cleverly and profoundly handwriting analysis was interwoven into the story and used to enhance the depth of each character. And secondly, I was captivated by the whodunit mystery with twists and turns that unfolded masterfully till the very end. The reader also had an enjoyable, clear voice that suited the main character. I highly recommend listening to this book.

What did you love best about What She Saw?

This story is both a psychological and physical thriller with constant twists and turns. Every time I thought I knew what to expect I was wrong by a mile. Interesting concept, engaging characters, constant intrigue, and having it include handwriting analysis, which is a great interest of mine, was a big bonus.
