When I was in elementary school they gave us French lessons, so I wanted to know if you remember any. Well, surely not, but this audiobook refreshes my memory. Start easy and progress further. I like short stories to help you learn. It has common phrases that we use every day. A pleasantly good book to learn.

So, why don't they give it as the first alternative to lose weight and leave bariatric surgery as the last chance? There is a puzzling hypothesis; conflict of interest. I found it very good with the information that this author offers on gastric band hypnosis, the uses and health benefits it offers. I liked hearing about finding the motivation to practice this way of losing weight and preparing the body for self-hypnosis. It's a pretty good audiobook!

Learning with the best I had very little information about how to use gastric band hypnosis and lose weight quickly, but with the help of this audiobook I have achieved my happy wish. I liked hearing the author emphasize the use of hypnotherapy as a possible and safe method of losing weight, and above all I learned the principles for a good diet. Extremely satisfied with this audiobook!
