How did I accidentally sleep with someone, right? I know what you’re thinking. Whoops! I slipped and inadvertently inserted Tab A into Slot B. That’s not quite how it went. But my yoga instructor is really, really skilled with Tab A, if you know what I mean. Slot B never had it so good. What am I supposed to do now, as I walk into my yoga class and find the guy I ghosted this morning… there, in front of the class, perfectly aligned and grinning at me like he remembers touching all my chakras. He's perfect. Too perfect. He's so perfect he's ruining my job.

I absolutely LOVE #EastMoor and I haven't laughed so hard in a long time! The inner monologues that sometimes slipped out of Sarah's mouth sent me. Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East are two of THE best performers in audio. They can go from perfect comedic timing to making you run for the freezer it's so hot! Bravo!

WOW! I wish I'd listened sooner. l thought there was no way this was going to live up to the hype, but daaaaaaaaaaaamn... it completely blew me away! Rebecca Soler absolutely nailed Violet and the other characters. Her narration was utterly brilliant. I'm glad I don't have to wait for Iron Flame after that cliffy. If you're still on the fence about this one, take it from a skeptic turned obsessed fan, buy both books!

Emotionally wrecked!

First, I absolutely love Rina Kent and this world she has built. From falling in love with Shane East 3+ years ago when I found the Royal Elite series (where this all started) to current day and the Legacy of Gods series. So, I'm a bit biased.
But, the story of Niko and Bran could not have been more perfectly written by Rina and expertly performed by Teddy and Shane. Teddy is a comedic genius! I snort laughed out loud more often than not. His portrayal of Niko was as hilariously psychotic as it was gut wrenchingly tender. Shane has been my favorite narrator for years and he let it all go in this one. My gawd, I was wrecked to the point of ugly crying, snot bubbles and all. I said what I said. As usual, the entire cast was phenomenal. This is definitely my front runner for best book of the year!

I cannot get enough of this series and Jason's superb narration! Kizzy and Ben's story is, by far, my favorite! I absolutely melted and cried over Ben's efforts to prove himself. Those limericks had me snort laughing out loud.

Didn't feel it...

I am a big fan of L. Steele's interwoven universes and have listened to every single audiobook. So I hate to say it, but this one fell flat for me. I'm a total sucker for the fake fiance trope, but this story was all over the place and felt so disjointed. There were things mentioned about the characters' pasts that were glossed over or dropped completely, that I feel were huge missed opportunities. I wanted so badly to love Rick and Gio too. The constant whiplash between them just became tedious. Then there was the "big twist" which made me lose all respect for Rick. He never fully recovered in my eyes. On another note, I'm a massive hockey fan and the lack of knowledge/research showed. I cringed a few times over the terminology used. I only got though it because I LOVE the narration of Shane East and Samantha Brentmoor. They were flawless as usual.

Samantha Young is a new to me author and she definitely has a new fangirl! I laughed, cried, swooned, and bit my nails through this one! It was the perfect blend of humor, steaminess, sweetness, and intrigue. I can't wait for the rest of the books, especially if Shane and Stella are narrating again. Maybe in duet? *Fingers Crossed* A girl can dream! They are my undisputed absolute favorite narrators and I love it when they're paired together.
