It seems as if the orginal pitching in a Pinch is a 'bit disjointed..but with the narration and additons here..it finally feels complete.

I love the performance here so much with all the different voices..but this is really the best of Matty during the era..it's a great intro for those who want to learn more about the Black Sox era..but it's missing the detail of unabridged version. I know that's OBVIOUS...but that's how groundbreaking this was..it takes you back..but makes you go,,"Gee, I know the basic stuff. More detail please."

Not LeBron's NBA
Reviewed: 03-27-24
This book is about Michael Jordan's biggest obstacle..the Pistons of the '80s..MJ had to wait and learn how to play with a team. In the modern NBA, LeBron could carry a team to the finals all by himself as Jordan did with the Pistons. The Pistons created Jordan because he was able to overcome them. LeBron never had a challenge to overcome. That's why Jordan is the Goat. The great narration gives the book an edge..which the team had..if you didn't experience them, you're easily able to understtand why they were the most polarizing team of that generation.
