Inspirational!!

Self help books tend to be nearly impossible to finish because I either start feeling shittier about myself or feeling resentful and annoyed with the author’s many assumptions and steps and rules and judgmental arrogance. But this book is not those things and I was shocked at how embracing I was so what the other had to say. It’s a relatively short listen which I got through well painting a couple of rooms in my house. It’s read by the author with music sprinkled throughout the book to break up each chapter to refresh your ears.
